For those of you who have been wondering, I am continuing to diet and this week I lost 3.75 pounds which brings me to a total of 84 1/4 pounds lost. This puts me at 40% of my way to my goal weight. Needless to say, weight loss over the Summer is harder with all the kids home and snacking on things like cool, sweet treats.
I have 25 more weekly weigh ins this year, but I have only 11 more weigh ins before our 15th wedding anniversary. I am trying to reach the 1/2 way to goal mark in time for our anniversary.
