My "Tell All" Weight Loss Blog Entry

As I promised, now that I have lost 1/2 of the weight that I need to lose.  Here are all the terribly true details.

Start Weight:                                      319 (at TOPS)  



Current Weight as of Today               213.25 (at TOPS)

Weight Lost So Far:                           105.75

Current Anticipated Goal Weight:    115

This is me with our TOPS chapter President
from last week's meeting.
I am currently eating around 1200 calories a day and track my portions instead of directly counting calories.  I go to TOPS once a week and see a weight loss specialist every 6 weeks.  My diet gets adjusted by the specialist as needed, but I currently eat 4 portions of carbs, 6 portions of protein, 4 portions of veggies, 2 portions of fruit, 2 portions of milk protein, and 2 portions of fat/oils.

When I started in January, I was allowed more portions than now and I felt like I was starving. The portions seemed so small!  Now I typically feel satisfied with the portions that I should eat in order to keep losing.
